Born and bred in Canterbury, Ali’s journey into the world of Airbnb cleaning services might not be the path you’d expect from someone with a degree in Accounting and Finance. Ali began his career as an Associate at Ernst & Young, following an impressive track record that includes an Investment Banking Summer Analyst role at mid-market investment bank inHERA Capital (a member firm of Oaklins) and experience as a Growth Affiliate at Sportening, a sport-tech startup.
While excelling in finance, Ali noticed something outside of the corporate world: the growing demand for reliable, high-quality changeover services for Airbnb hosts. Through friends, contacts, and personal research, he discovered how challenging it can be for hosts to manage quick turnarounds while keeping properties guest-ready to a 5-star standard.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a knack for spotting opportunities, Ali decided to combine his business acumen with a practical, results-focused service. He set out to build a company that doesn’t just clean but makes life easier and stress-free for hosts, helping them deliver exceptional guest experiences without the hassle.
